Old Emotion Healing
All behavioural, physical and emotional problems are deeply seated in past traumas. We can restore our ability to make rational choices, that are not inhibited by our past experiences, by clearing these deep-seated emotions. One of the many ways to do this is with a new and unique approach to stress management that uses muscle monitoring to identify stress within the mind – body system.
Kinesiology tests the left/right hemisphere theory of brain function and is expanded to include front/back as well as top/bottom brain integration. Emotional stress does not enable a person to utilise their full brain capacity. When defusing this stress the brain is then able to perceive and function in a calm and effective manner. When the brain is operating as an integrated unit you have full access to both right brain creativity and left brain logic.
Identifying the unresolved emotional stress, and the negative beliefs that have been created, prevents people from functioning at their full potential is the first step with this therapy. Muscle monitoring is used to assess the stressor and at what level the stress was experienced either consciously or subconsciously.
Age regression is used to find the age at which the experience was locked into the body’s memory and with muscle monitoring, the age at which the original trauma took place can be pinpointed. People often do not have any conscious memory of these emotions as they could have occurred at a very young age, but they have been laid down in the mind/body system at a cellular level. The body can access this memory and recreate the stressed state, with the application of stress release, negativity is released from the body and mind.
This process is very gentle and honouring and has helped many people with various stress related issues such as Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, panic attacks, adrenal burnout as well as focus and learning difficulties.
