My first contact with Kinesiology came in 1986 when I was overworked, burnt out and borderline suicidal. My caring mother intervened and made an appointment for me to see a Kinesiologist. Against my wishes I dragged myself to the appointment to see Val Hubert in Cape Town. She was proficient in Touch for Health and that is when I experienced my first balance.
I can’t remember all the details of the balance but I do recall wondering how this lady knew so much about the state of my body. It seemed like magic, really, I thought Val had some special gift from God as my healing seemed spot on and so appropriate. She really helped me, I started to feel better and more grounded, and so started my interest in Kinesiology. I found a course and started studying this therapy part-time while still working full time and absolutely loved it. I knew this is what I wanted to do with my life.
My passion is to help others and in doing so I am helping myself. I started to see the impact this work was having on my own life and the wonderful changes that were taking place in the lives of the people I was working with.
I can testify to the power of Kinesiology balancing techniques that have changed my life on all levels.
