There are 4 Levels that you will be required to complete should you wish to become a Touch for Health practitioner. Each level requires that you
attend a workshop, and each workshop is taught over 2 days. After having completed the levels (which includes a workbook), you would need to be assessed by a local examiner who is qualified as a practitioner.
If you’re uncertain how far you’d like to progress in the practice of Touch for Health, it’s worth knowing that TFH Level 1 can be used as both the first step in your path to becoming a practitioner as well as a standalone experience. If you only end up completing the TFH Level 1 workshop, you will already be equipped with enough to help you, your family and your friends.
The workshops themselves are highly interactive and aimed at providing you with practical skills. You will need to come prepared for a hands-on experience: about 75% of the workshop consists of demonstrations and practical exercises, giving you plenty of time to apply what you’re taught.
